HAB Sauces - Black Garlic Fresno

I’ve been a fan of HAB Sauce for a few years after David (HAB Sauce owner) shared a few samples with me while I was painting a wall with Zaeos and Kango in the Foster neighborhood of Portland. One of those samples was their staple sauce Pasilla Morita and it was an instant hit with me. Full of flavor, perfect heat, and goes with just about everything. And I’ve been keeping my pantry stocked ever since.

This summer David reached out to me and asked if I would be interested in creating a label for a new sauce they were releasing and I didn’t hesitate to say yes. The sauce is their Black Garlic Fresno hot sauce, and like the Pasilla Morita it is packed with flavor, and just the right amount of heat.
